I was in the house hunting trip from Seattle and I had no knowledge at all on the East bay. While house hunting for a week, Robert dedicated his time to show me houses, show me the town, and we've found the place and got the offer accepted in just 5 days. During entire process, Robert was always reachable by any kind of communication, email, phone, text almost 24/7. Buying a house in 5 days should be virtually impossible, and I don't think it it was possible without Robert.
